Queryly Search connects a site to the Queryly cloud search service.

Queryly is a search cloud service. Use of this plugin requires an active Queryly subscription and a valid Queryly Key. For more information about Queryly services, subscriptions, and account setup, please visit:

This plugin can add:

  • A configurable Search Icon placeholder for Queryly Instant Search.
  • A configurable Advanced Search placeholder for use with the [queryly_advanced_search] shortcode.
  • Settings for the Queryly Key, content target selector, and Advanced Search script URL.

External Service Disclosure

This plugin loads JavaScript assets from Queryly and sends search-related requests to Queryly so that Queryly can return search results.

Installation

  1. Upload the queryly-search folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin zip from the WordPress admin.
  2. Activate Queryly Search through the Plugins screen.
  3. Go to Settings > Queryly Search.
  4. Enter your valid Queryly Key.
  5. Review the target selector, Search Icon placeholder, and Advanced Search placeholder.
  6. Add the [queryly_advanced_search] shortcode to a page where you want Advanced Search to appear.
