ForCookie (forcookie) integrates cookie consent banners and compliance tools directly into your WordPress site. This plugin helps you manage cookie consent, implement GDPR compliance, and provide users with transparent cookie management.

Third-Party Service

This plugin uses the ForCookie external service for cookie validation and banner functionality:

The plugin sends your domain name and API key to the ForCookie service for license validation. The cookie banner script is loaded securely from ForCookie’s servers only after a valid API key is supplied by the site administrator.

Configuration

After activation, visit Settings > ForCookie to:
– Enter your API key
– View license information
– Enable/disable the cookie banner
– Check your subscription status

Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher
• Valid ForCookie API key (get one at https://www.forcookie.com/en/forcookie-install-wordpress-plugin/)
