DT Bulk Content Studio gives WordPress editors, agencies, SEO teams and site owners a spreadsheet-style workspace for managing content at scale.

Instead of opening every post, page, product or media item one by one, you can review and edit your content in a fast table view, just like a spreadsheet inside WordPress.

Use it to update titles, slugs, statuses, categories, tags, custom fields, ACF/SCF values, media metadata, SEO fields and WooCommerce product data from one place. You can import spreadsheets, export clean datasets, preview changes, run simulations and roll back recent imports when needed.

WooCommerce support

When WooCommerce is active, DT Bulk Content Studio helps you edit product and variation data in bulk. You can work with fields such as SKU, regular price, sale price, stock, stock status, dimensions, visibility, featured products, related product IDs and variation attributes.

ACF and SCF support

ACF and SCF fields can be exported, imported and edited from the table when available. This helps content teams maintain structured fields without opening each post individually.

Google Sheet support

The plugin supports public Google Sheet sharing URLs for reading and previewing imports. WordPress-to-Sheet workflows are handled through export files that can be opened or imported in Google Sheets. Fully automatic two-way synchronization is intentionally not enabled in simple URL mode, which keeps the workflow simple and easier to review before content is changed.

For reliable imports, each spreadsheet column should match a WordPress field, taxonomy, custom field, media field or WooCommerce field.

Installation

  1. Install the plugin from the WordPress plugin directory or upload the plugin ZIP from the WordPress Plugins screen.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Open the DT Bulk Content Studio menu in your WordPress dashboard.
  4. Choose the content type you want to manage.
  5. Select your columns, filters and view options.
  6. Start editing, exporting or importing with preview.

CSV and TXT files work for simple workflows. XLS and XLSX files are supported for spreadsheet-based content operations.
