Design Cart SMTP is a diagnostic SMTP layer for WordPress and WooCommerce. It sends mail through an authenticated mailbox, then shows what the mail server actually answered.

What makes it different
- Mapped SMTP errors (authentication, TLS, connection, certificate, sender/relay, recipient, rate limit) instead of a generic failure
- Full SMTP transcript (password redacted) plus the raw PHPMailer message
- WooCommerce-style test using the store email wrapper — no fake orders
- Send log of the last 100 messages with source (WordPress / WooCommerce / test) and error text

This plugin only changes transport. It does not replace WooCommerce email templates or marketing mail tools.
Installation
- Upload the
design-cart-smtpfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin from the Plugins screen.
- Go to Settings Design Cart SMTP.
- Enter your SMTP details, enable SMTP, and send a test email.
- Read the mapped errors, PHPMailer message, and SMTP transcript if the test fails.

How is this different from other SMTP plugins?

The focus is diagnosis, not another settings form. A failed send returns mapped SMTP errors, the PHPMailer message, and a password-redacted transcript. WooCommerce shops also get a store-style test and a send log that records which email type failed.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. WooCommerce sends mail through wp_mail(). This plugin configures PHPMailer (SMTP), can force the From header, and can send a WooCommerce-style test without creating an order.

Can I edit store email content here?

No. Templates and per-email toggles stay in WooCommerce Settings Emails. This plugin only changes transport.
