CRMax – CRM AI Automated to the Max links your WordPress website to your CRMax account so every lead your site captures lands in your CRM automatically – no copy-paste, no missed enquiries.
Enter your CRMax API token once, and the plugin will:
- Sync form submissions from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro Forms and Fluent Forms. Names, emails, phone numbers and companies are detected automatically; anything else is stored as custom fields so no data is lost.
- Sync users – new registrations and profile updates become contacts, optionally tagged with their role. A bulk “Send to CRMax” action lets you push existing users too.
- Sync WooCommerce customers – paid and processing orders create or update a contact with order totals and lifetime order count.
- Tag and enrol automatically – every contact from your site gets a default tag, and can be dropped straight into a CRMax workflow (automation) for follow-up.
- Embed CRMax anywhere with shortcodes for forms, booking calendars and funnel pages.
- See your CRM at a glance with a WordPress dashboard widget showing contacts, pipeline value, revenue and upcoming bookings.

Requires an account
This plugin is a client for the CRMax platform and requires a CRMax account. Create one free at crmax.au. Data is sent to your CRMax account over HTTPS using the REST API token you provide.
Installation
- Upload the
crmax-connectfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress. - Activate the plugin.
- Go to CRMax in the admin menu.
- In CRMax, open Settings API, generate a token, and paste it into the plugin along with your CRMax URL.
- Click Test connection to confirm, then choose what to sync.

Which form plugins are supported?

Is it compatible with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. The WooCommerce integration uses the official order API and works with High-Performance Order Storage.
