ClickSyncr for MailerLite – Contact Form 7 Integration

Description

ClickSyncr for MailerLite connects your Contact Form 7 forms to MailerLite, so every form submission becomes a subscriber in your MailerLite group — automatically, with no code.

Stop copying and pasting emails between your website and your email marketing. Map your form fields to MailerLite once, and ClickSyncr keeps your audience growing on autopilot every time someone fills out a form.

“MailerLite” is a trademark of MailerLite Limited. This plugin is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MailerLite Limited.

Why you’ll love it

  • Set up in minutes — paste your MailerLite API key and you’re connected. No developers, no code.
  • Your groups load automatically — choose which MailerLite group new subscribers join, right inside the form editor.
  • Map any field — send names, phone numbers, and MailerLite fields straight from your form.
  • Built-in opt-in — add a consent checkbox and ClickSyncr adds subscribers as Active when they tick it, or Unconfirmed when they don’t.
  • No duplicate subscribers — existing subscribers are updated and new ones are added, every single time.
  • A setup for every form — each Contact Form 7 form can sync to a different group with its own field mapping.
  • Lightweight and fast — built to WordPress standards, so it never slows your site down.
  • You stay in control — you decide exactly what data is sent, and to which group.

External service: MailerLite

This plugin connects to MailerLite, the email marketing service, to sync your Contact Form 7 submissions with your MailerLite account.

When data is sent: when you connect your API key, when your groups and fields load in the form editor, and when a visitor submits a form you’ve configured with ClickSyncr — at which point their form data (email and any mapped fields) is sent to MailerLite.

What is sent: your MailerLite API key (to authenticate), the subscriber’s email address and any fields you choose to map, and the group you select.

By using this plugin you agree to MailerLite’s Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR) and for obtaining consent from your visitors before their data is collected and sent to MailerLite.

FAQ

Do I need a MailerLite account?

Yes. You’ll need an active MailerLite account and an API key to sync your subscribers.

Is Contact Form 7 required?

Yes. ClickSyncr connects Contact Form 7 to MailerLite, so Contact Form 7 must be installed and activated.

Where do I find my MailerLite API key?

Log in to MailerLite and go to Integrations > API, then generate a new API token.

Can I map custom fields?

Yes. Map any Contact Form 7 field to your MailerLite subscriber fields, including your account’s custom fields.

How does the opt-in consent field work?

Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the subscriber is added as Active (opted-in); if they leave it unticked, they’re added as Unconfirmed instead. Leave it as “None” to add every subscriber as Active.

Will it create duplicate subscribers?

No. If a subscriber already exists, ClickSyncr updates them. If not, it adds a new one — and it never removes a subscriber from groups they’re already in.

Can I use different settings for different forms?

Yes. Every Contact Form 7 form has its own ClickSyncr MailerLite setup, so each can sync to a different group.
