Description
ClickSyncr is a Beehiiv integration for Contact Form 7. It sends each configured form submission to the Beehiiv publication you choose and maps Contact Form 7 fields to Beehiiv subscriber fields.
Connect with a Beehiiv API key, choose a publication, and map the required email field plus the subscriber and custom fields you want to sync. Beehiiv identifies subscribers by email address, so an existing subscriber is updated — and reactivated if they had unsubscribed — instead of being duplicated.

Beehiiv Integration for Contact Form 7
- Connect inside Contact Form 7 — enter a Beehiiv API key in the ClickSyncr Beehiiv tab.
- Choose a Beehiiv publication — select the destination independently for each Contact Form 7 form.
- Map subscriber fields — map the required email field plus the Beehiiv custom fields on your publication.
- Set opt-in per form — use a consent field to add subscribers directly, or send them through Beehiiv’s double opt-in when consent isn’t given.
- Update, don’t duplicate — Beehiiv matches by email, so an existing subscriber is updated and reactivated if they had unsubscribed.
- Configure forms independently — each Contact Form 7 form can sync to a different publication with its own field mapping.
- Keep your form workflow — Contact Form 7 continues to handle the form and its normal email notification.
- Control submitted data — only the email address and the fields you map are sent to Beehiiv when a configured form is submitted.

External service: Beehiiv
This plugin connects to Beehiiv, the newsletter platform, to sync your Contact Form 7 submissions with your Beehiiv account. Requests are sent to the Beehiiv API at api.beehiiv.com.
When data is sent: when you connect your API key, when your publications and custom fields load in the form editor, and when a visitor submits a form you’ve configured with ClickSyncr — at which point their form data (email and any mapped fields) is sent to Beehiiv.
What is sent: your Beehiiv API key (to authenticate), the subscriber’s email address and any fields you choose to map, and the publication you select.
By using this plugin you agree to Beehiiv’s Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR and CCPA) and for obtaining consent from your visitors before their data is collected and sent to Beehiiv.

FAQ
-
How do I connect Contact Form 7 to Beehiiv?
-
Edit a Contact Form 7 form, open the ClickSyncr Beehiiv tab, enter a Beehiiv API key, choose a publication, and map the form’s email field and any subscriber fields. Save the form and submit a test entry to confirm the subscriber is created or updated in Beehiiv.
-
Can Contact Form 7 add subscribers to a Beehiiv publication?
-
Yes. ClickSyncr sends submissions from each configured Contact Form 7 form to the Beehiiv publication selected in that form’s settings.
-
Does the integration update existing subscribers?
-
Yes. Beehiiv identifies subscribers by email address, so an existing subscriber is updated — and reactivated if they had unsubscribed — rather than duplicated.
-
Which fields can I map?
-
You map your form’s email field (required) plus the Beehiiv custom fields available on your publication.
-
Can I control the opt-in?
-
Yes. Choose a consent field on each form: when a visitor gives consent the subscriber is added directly; without consent they are sent through Beehiiv’s double opt-in; leave it unset to use your publication’s default.
-
Do I need a Beehiiv account?
-
Yes. You’ll need an active Beehiiv account and an API key to sync your subscribers.
-
Can I use different settings for different forms?
-
Yes. Every Contact Form 7 form has its own ClickSyncr Beehiiv setup, so each can sync to a different publication with its own field mapping.
