Altvanta Lite turns WordPress into a self-hosted asset and inventory tracking tool for small and medium-sized businesses. Skip expensive per-user SaaS fees and track what your company owns — all from your own WordPress dashboard.
Log equipment, tools, and stock with photos, serial numbers, warranty information, purchase prices, categories, and locations. Every asset and inventory item gets a unique QR code you can print onto labels, so anyone can scan straight to the item’s details.

Altvanta Lite uses the QR Server API provided by goQR.me (Foundata GmbH) to generate QR code images for printable asset and inventory labels.
When a QR code label is generated, Altvanta Lite sends the destination URL encoded in the QR code to the QR Server API at https://api.qrserver.com. This is required to generate the QR code image displayed by the plugin.
QR Server states that QR code contents are not stored after processing. The service may record technical request information such as the IP address, referrer, hostname, operating system, browser information, and request time.

Installation
- Upload the
altvanta-litefolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen.
- Use the new Altvanta Lite menu in your WordPress admin to manage assets, inventory, and categories.
