HOA and mortgage insurance are monthly inputs. Mortgage insurance is not estimated automatically.
No visitor information is collected, stored or sent to an external service by this plugin.

The license text is included in LICENSE. The calculator ships no third-party
libraries, fonts, photographs or remote assets. JavaScript translations use
WordPress’s bundled wp-i18n library. Font names in CSS are local fallbacks,
not downloaded fonts.
Installation
- Install the mortgage-matic plugin directory in WordPress.
- Activate Mortgage Matic.
- Add [mortgage_matic] to your page content.

Does this include closing costs?

No. Closing costs, lender fees and future changes to taxes or insurance are excluded.

Does the calculator require JavaScript?

Yes. When scripts cannot load, the calculator does not display an estimate.
