AICoFounderHQ Chatbot reads your public website and answers those questions the way your business would, in each visitor’s own language. When someone wants a quote, a booking or a reply, it asks for their name and email and sends you the details with the full conversation.

AICoFounderHQ Chatbot builds the assistant for you: one click and it reads your whole public website, then answers from what it found. It is built around leads: every visitor who wants a quote, booking or reply is emailed to you with the full conversation, so you know exactly what they asked before you reply.

How it works
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings, then AI Chatbot, and click “Create my free assistant”.
- The chat bubble appears on your site. Leads arrive in your inbox.
The free plan includes 50 AI conversations a month. Paid plans with more conversations are available at aicofounderhq.com.
External services
This plugin connects to The AI Co-Founder service (https://aicofounderhq.com), which runs the AI assistant. It is required for the plugin to work.
- When you click “Create my free assistant”: your site address, the email you enter for lead alerts, your site title and your WordPress version are sent to the service so it can read your public website and create your assistant. Nothing is sent before you click the button and tick the consent box.
- On your public site: the chat widget script is loaded from https://aicofounderhq.com/a.js. When a visitor uses the chat, their messages, any contact details they choose to share, their approximate city and country, and the page they are on are sent to the service to generate answers and to email you leads.
- The service uses Google’s Gemini AI model to write answers and Resend to deliver emails.

Installation
- Install the plugin from the Plugins screen, or upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
- Activate it.
- Open Settings, then AI Chatbot, enter the email where you want lead alerts, tick the consent box and click “Create my free assistant”.

Do I need to write any code?

No. Creating your assistant adds the chat bubble to your site automatically.

Where do leads go?

To the email address you enter when you create your assistant, with the full conversation included.

Can I turn the chat bubble off?

Yes. Untick “Show the chat bubble on my site” in Settings, then AI Chatbot.

Does it add a link to your website?

Only if you choose to. The “Powered by” credit link is off by default and can be switched on in the settings.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

The assistant keeps collecting visitors’ names and emails for you, so you never lose a lead, until the next month or until you upgrade.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Deleting the plugin removes its settings from WordPress. To delete your assistant and its data from our service, email mohsin@aicofounderhq.com.
