Description
ELBWERK3D Terminkalender lets visitors request appointments directly on your website. You review every request in the backend and decide whether to confirm, reject, cancel or reschedule it. The requester is notified by email at every step. The calendar automatically adapts to the fonts, colors and buttons of your theme.
The plugin interface is available in German, English and Turkish. English translations are included for en_US, en_GB, en_CA, en_AU, en_NZ and en_ZA. All texts are translatable.

Installation
- Upload the plugin via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, or install it from the plugin directory.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to Terminkalender > Einstellungen and set your business hours, appointment types and email sender.
- Create a page and add the block “Terminkalender” or the shortcode
[elbwerk3d_terminkalender]. - Select this page under Einstellungen > Allgemein as the calendar page. It is used for links in emails.
For reliable email delivery we recommend using an SMTP plugin.

How do I add the calendar to a page?

Use the block “Terminkalender” or the shortcode
[elbwerk3d_terminkalender]. You can set a fixed appointment type and a custom heading:[elbwerk3d_terminkalender type="0" title="Book a call"]. -
How do I send a meeting link?

Open the appointment in the backend, enter the link and click the button to save and send the meeting link by email. When you confirm an appointment, the link is automatically included in the email and in the calendar file. You can also set a default link, for example your permanent Teams room.

Is all data removed when the plugin is deleted?

Yes. By default the database table, settings, capabilities and scheduled events are removed completely. You can disable this under Erweitert.

Reminders are not sent on time

Reminders use WP-Cron, which only runs when your site receives visits. On low-traffic sites we recommend setting up a real server cron job.
