Description
Yworq generates complete websites. This plugin lets WordPress show a page published from Yworq exactly as it was designed, instead of squeezing it into your theme.
- A page that carries a Yworq design is rendered on a blank canvas: its own header, styles and footer, and nothing from the active theme.
- Your other pages, posts and theme are not touched.
- The design is stored in the page’s custom fields, so WordPress does not rewrite it.
- Only users who are allowed to post unfiltered HTML (administrators on a single site) can write those fields.
- The plugin makes no requests to other sites and adds no tracking.
It does nothing on its own. You publish from Yworq to a site you have connected, and the plugin shows the result.
Installation
- Install the plugin from Plugins > Add New, and activate it.
- In Yworq, choose “Save pages as WordPress drafts” on a generated website.
- Review the drafts in Pages, then publish from Yworq.
FAQ
-
Will it change my theme?
-
No. Only pages that carry a Yworq design use the blank canvas.
-
Why are there no admin bar and no theme scripts on those pages?
-
The canvas prints the generated page as designed and does not call wp_head() or wp_footer(), which is where themes add their own styles.
-
Who can publish a Yworq page?
-
Users who can post unfiltered HTML. This is what keeps the design from being altered, and it keeps others from writing scripts into your site.
