External services
This plugin relies on Google services to authorize access and write data to Google Sheets. No data is sent until an administrator connects a Google account and enables sync.
Google OAuth 2.0 / Google Identity
- What it is used for: Administrators authorize this plugin to access Google Sheets on their behalf, and the plugin refreshes OAuth access tokens when needed.
- What data is sent and when:
- When an administrator clicks “Connect Google account”, the browser is redirected to Google’s OAuth consent screen (
accounts.google.com). After approval, WordPress exchanges the authorization code for tokens withoauth2.googleapis.com/token(client ID, client secret, redirect URI, and authorization code). - When tokens are refreshed, WordPress sends the stored refresh token to
oauth2.googleapis.com/token. - After connecting, WordPress may request the connected account email from
www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v2/userinfoso the admin UI can show which Google account is linked.
- When an administrator clicks “Connect Google account”, the browser is redirected to Google’s OAuth consent screen (

Google Sheets API
- What it is used for: Creating and updating worksheet rows so form submissions and WooCommerce records appear in the administrator’s Google spreadsheet.
- What data is sent and when: When a supported form is submitted or a WooCommerce order/customer event runs (and the related integration is enabled), WordPress sends the relevant record fields (for example names, emails, order totals, line items, and similar form field values) to
sheets.googleapis.comusing the authorized OAuth access token. Connection tests and worksheet discovery also call the Sheets API when an administrator uses those tools in the plugin settings. - Terms of Service: https://policies.google.com/terms

This plugin does not send data to Google for advertising or unrelated analytics. OAuth tokens are stored in WordPress options on your site. Restrict administrator access and keep your Google Cloud OAuth client secret private.
