Algoritmi Assist is an AI sales assistant for your website. It reads your products, prices and pages, then answers shoppers in seconds, any hour of the day.
- Answers from your own store. Products, prices, delivery, returns and your FAQs. It never makes up a price; when it isn’t sure, it says it will check with you.

External services
This plugin connects your website to the Algoritmi Assist service, which provides the AI assistant. An Algoritmi Assist account (free trial available) is required.
- What is loaded: on the public pages of your site, the plugin loads the assistant script from
https://api.algoritmi.com.au/widget.js, with your site’s public key. - What is sent, and when: when a visitor opens the assistant and sends a message, their messages, the page they are on, and any contact details they choose to share (such as name, email or mobile) are sent to Algoritmi Assist to generate replies and to deliver leads to you. Messages are processed by an AI model provider on Algoritmi Assist’s behalf. Cookie-free usage counts are recorded. Nothing is sent from your WordPress admin, and no data is sent until a site key is saved.

Installation
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings Algoritmi Assist and click Create your free account (or sign in at algoritmi.com.au).
- In your dashboard, open Integrations and copy your site key (it starts with
pk_). - Paste it into Settings Algoritmi Assist and save. Your assistant appears on your site.

Do I need an account?

Yes. The assistant runs on the Algoritmi Assist service. Creating an account takes about a minute and the 14-day trial is free with no card needed.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. It works on any WordPress site. Connect WooCommerce in your dashboard and it can also answer order-status questions and build carts.

Will it slow down my site?

No. The script loads deferred, after your page, and nothing loads in your WordPress admin.

Can I hide it without uninstalling?

Yes. Untick “Show the assistant on my website” in Settings Algoritmi Assist.

What happens to my settings if I delete the plugin?

The two plugin settings (your site key and the on/off switch) are removed. Your conversations and leads stay in your Algoritmi Assist dashboard.

Does it work with my theme or page builder?

Yes. It adds one small script to your site’s pages, so it works with any theme and with page builders such as Elementor, Divi and the block editor.

Will it make up prices or promises?

No. It answers only from your own products, prices and pages. When it isn’t sure, it says it will check with you and sends you the question, and your weekly report lists those questions so you can teach it the answer.
