External Services
This plugin connects to external services to provide its functionality. Review these services and update your site’s privacy notice as appropriate before enabling the plugin.
Delivery Gateway
Delivery Gateway is the core service required by this plugin.
The plugin connects to the configured Delivery Gateway API endpoint, which defaults to https://api.deliverygateway.io/graphql/merchant. It also derives a public GraphQL endpoint and loads the embedded checkout SDK from the same configured API origin. Connections occur when an administrator authenticates or configures the plugin, manages Delivery Gateway catalog data, creates or views shipments, uses bulk shipping, registers a webhook, or when a customer uses the configured checkout delivery selector. WooCommerce order lifecycle events may also synchronize orders to Delivery Gateway after the plugin has been configured.
Data sent may include the access token; site, WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, operating system, and plugin version information; merchant configuration and uploaded merchant images; cart currency, language, parcel details, and recipient details; order identifiers and timestamps; customer identifiers; billing and shipping names, email addresses, telephone numbers and addresses; pickup-point and delivery selections; payment method and status; order totals; product, shipping, fee, and coupon line data; parcel data; and shipment details. Delivery Gateway may pass the minimum information needed for fulfillment to the delivery provider selected by the merchant.
Intercom Messenger
The plugin initializes Intercom Messenger on WooCommerce > Delivery Gateway and WooCommerce > Bulk shipping administration screens to provide support chat. When an administrator visits those screens, the Intercom service may receive network and device information and may set browser storage or cookies used by Messenger. Information submitted in a support conversation is sent to Intercom and Delivery Gateway’s support team.
OpenStreetMap and Nominatim
Administration screens that display a location map request map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Address lookup tools send the entered street, city, postal code, country, and optional state to the public Nominatim geocoding service after a complete address has been entered. These requests also expose ordinary request information such as the site’s referrer and the administrator’s IP address to the service provider.

Sentry
Sentry integration is optional and inactive until an administrator provides a Sentry DSN. When enabled, the plugin may send error messages, stack traces, plugin and platform versions, environment type, site URL, the current WordPress user’s ID, username and email address, and diagnostic context to the Sentry project identified by that DSN. The plugin filters known credential fields from event extras, but administrators should review their diagnostic data and Sentry configuration before enabling this feature.
The applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy depend on your Sentry project and account configuration.
Privacy
This plugin processes WooCommerce customer, cart, order, payment, delivery, pickup-point, parcel, and shipment information to provide delivery selection and fulfillment features. When configured, relevant data is transmitted to Delivery Gateway and may be shared with the merchant’s selected delivery provider.
Site administrators are responsible for determining a lawful basis for this processing, entering into any required data-processing agreements, disclosing the processing and external services in their customer-facing privacy notice, and responding to data-subject requests. The plugin does not currently add suggested privacy-policy text to WordPress automatically and does not automatically erase its stored data during uninstall.
