Rollout Forms is a lightweight, responsive contact and lead collection form builder. Build multi-column forms, gather leads safely inside your own WordPress database, send immediate notifications to your team and subscribers, and optionally sync leads directly into your RolloutEmail platform.

This plugin can connect to the external SaaS service RolloutEmail (operated by RolloutEmail, https://rolloutemail.com).
* When is it used? Only when the administrator explicitly enters their Rollout API Key and enables “Automatically sync submission to RolloutEmail Contacts directory” inside the form settings. If unconfigured, the form operates 100% locally using your WordPress database and wp_mail().
* What data is sent? The form field values submitted by the user (name, email address, phone number, and message).

Installation
- Upload the
rolloutemailfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Go to ‘Rollout Forms’ to create your first contact or newsletter form.
- Copy the shortcode
[rollout_form id="1"]into any page or post.
