- When an order status updates or an abandoned cart is captured, store event details (such as order ID, customer name, phone number, and items) are sent securely to AIsoule’s API at
https://app.aisoule.com/api. - A free or paid AIsoule account is required to generate an API key and send WhatsApp template messages.

Installation
- Upload the
aisoule-connectfolder to your/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install directly through the WordPress plugins screen (Plugins > Add New and search forAIsoule Connect). - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Navigate to WooCommerce > AIsoule WhatsApp (or AIsoule WhatsApp in the admin sidebar).
- Enter your AIsoule API Key and Organization ID from your AIsoule Dashboard.
- Toggle your preferred notification triggers (Order Created, Processing, Completed) and configure the floating chat button.
- Click Save AIsoule Settings.
