- Reply instantly from the OmniPost dashboard
- Manage all your chat channels (Facebook, Zalo, Telegram, WordPress) in one place
- Optionally collect visitor name and email before the chat starts
- Customize widget title, welcome message, offline message, color, and position

Installation
- Download the ZIP file and upload it via WordPress Admin Plugins Add New Upload Plugin.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings OmniPost Chat.
- Enter your Site Token obtained from OmniPost Channels WordPress Configure Live Chat.
- Enable “Activate widget” and save settings.

Where do I get the Site Token?

Log in to your OmniPost account, go to Channels, select your WordPress channel, click the Live Chat icon, and copy the Site Token.

Does it work with caching plugins?

Yes. The widget script is loaded on the front-end via wp_enqueue_script, so it is compatible with most caching plugins.
