Magyarul: Egy kattintással jogi lábléc a honlapodra (ÁSZF, adatkezelési tájékoztató, impresszum), és a webshopoknak 2026. június 19. óta kötelező online elállási funkció („Elállás a szerződéstől” „Elállás megerősítése” e-mailes átvételi elismervény). A bővítmény ingyenes, és teljesen a saját WordPressedben működik.
Since 19 June 2026, Hungarian webshops (and every online shop selling to EU consumers, see Directive (EU) 2023/2673) must offer a clearly labelled online withdrawal function. This plugin adds it, together with a legal footer:
- Legal footer – links to your Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Imprint pages, automatically at the bottom of every page or with the
[promnet_jogi_linkek]shortcode. - Online withdrawal function – a “Withdrawal from the contract” page is created on activation (
[promnet_elallas]). The customer identifies the order, confirms with a separate “Confirm withdrawal” button and immediately receives an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail with the date and time. You get a copy, and every statement is stored as a private record under Settings Withdrawals. - Optional: PromNET “Jogilag rendben” subscription – documents hosted by PromNET and updated automatically when the law changes, with a cookie banner that blocks trackers until consent.
- Optional: “Legally checked” badge – shows the result of the free PromNET legal check in your footer.

External services
The plugin works fully offline by default. It connects to promnet.hu (operated by Polyák Csaba e.v., PromNET, Hungary) only if you turn on one of these options:
- “Jogilag rendben” subscription (Settings PromNET Jogi Source): the footer links point to your documents on
https://promnet.hu/jogi/<your code>/…, and – if you enable the cookie banner – the visitor’s browser loadshttps://promnet.hu/jogi/<your code>/cookie.js. The visitor’s browser sends the usual request data (IP address, user agent) to promnet.hu when these are opened. - “Legally checked” badge: the visitor’s browser loads the badge image from
https://promnet.hu/jelveny/<your domain>.svg.

Installation
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings PromNET Jogi and select your T&C, Privacy Policy and Imprint pages (or paste your subscription code).
- Webshop: the “Withdrawal from the contract” page is already created; check the e-mail address that receives the statements.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. The withdrawal function works on any WordPress site, with or without WooCommerce.

Where are the withdrawal statements stored?

In your own WordPress database (Settings Withdrawals), and both you and the customer receive them by e-mail. Nothing is sent to PromNET unless you use the subscription, where the hosted withdrawal page is used instead.

Do I need the subscription?

No. Everything except the hosted, auto-updating documents and the cookie banner is free and works without it.
