Syntranova Virtual Receptionist answers your phone and your WhatsApp around the clock, takes bookings and orders, and passes the conversation to you when it matters. This plugin brings it to your WordPress site:
- A WhatsApp button that opens a chat with your Syntranova Virtual Receptionist number
- A “Call reception · 24/7” button, one tap to call on phones
- Button text in your site language (15 languages), or your own
- Your color, left or right, on all devices or phones only
- Optional: the Syntranova Virtual Receptionist chat, pasted from your dashboard
- Hide everything while you edit the site as administrator
Made for hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, clinics, salons and spas, real estate agencies and every business whose customers call or write at any hour.
You need a Syntranova Virtual Receptionist account with a phone and/or WhatsApp number.
External services
The call and WhatsApp buttons are generated by this plugin on your own site and do not contact any external service. The call button opens the visitor’s phone app; the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (wa.me, a service of WhatsApp/Meta) with the number you entered, only when the visitor taps it. WhatsApp terms: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service, privacy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you paste a chat embed code, the plugin loads that chat script from Syntranova Virtual Receptionist servers (virtualreceptionist.com.ai or our automation servers; other addresses are refused). When a visitor uses the chat, the messages, the page address and a random session identifier are sent to Syntranova Virtual Receptionist so the assistant can answer; contact details the visitor types are stored as a lead for the site owner.

Installation
- Install the plugin from Plugins Add New and activate it.
- Create your Syntranova Virtual Receptionist account at https://virtualreceptionist.com.ai/ and get your number.
- Go to Settings Syntranova Virtual Receptionist, enter the phone and/or WhatsApp number and save.
- Optional: paste the chat embed code from your dashboard.
