External services

This plugin connects your site to VibeCS, an AI customer support service, which provides the chat bubble and its answers.

• What loads: once you save a snippet, every public page loads the chat script from https://cs-vibe.com/widget/v1.js. Nothing loads before that, and nothing loads in the admin area.
• What is sent, and when: when the script loads, it sends VibeCS your site ID, the page’s address and host name, so your dashboard can show the widget is installed. When a visitor sends a message, the conversation so far, your site’s address, the bot’s tone, the page address and a random conversation ID are sent to VibeCS to produce an answer. If the visitor chooses to leave their email in the chat, the email is sent to VibeCS and forwarded to you. These requests go to VibeCS’s servers at rjemdztxurihxomyjwnv.supabase.co.
• What is not sent: the plugin sends nothing about your WordPress users, your admin area or your settings. VibeCS reads your public pages from its own servers when you set it up in the VibeCS dashboard, not through this plugin.
