Description
Sourcelyx Supplier Sync for WooCommerce helps store owners preview and apply supplier CSV price and stock updates to WooCommerce products by SKU. This is a public beta. Review the preview carefully before applying changes and test on a staging site first. Compatibility was validated in isolated environments with WordPress 6.8.3 and 7.1.2, WooCommerce 10.4.3, PHP 8.2, and MariaDB 10.11.
Features
- Supplier CSV import with server-side validation.
- SKU matching for simple products and variation SKUs.
- Current/new price and stock preview with optional percentage margin.
- Separate confirmation step before any WooCommerce product update.
- Conflict detection when values changed after preview.
- Batch processing with resume and cancel controls for large CSV files.
- Import history with per-item old/new snapshots.
- Guarded rollback for eligible successful items.
- Streaming CSV preparation and stock-management safety.
- Variable parent price protection.
- No artificial plan, license, or row-count limit; actual limits depend on hosting resources and file size.
Safety
- Products are not changed during preview.
- A separate nonce-protected confirmation is required before apply.
- Stale preview values are not silently overwritten.
- Products with stock management disabled are not forced into stock management.
- Variable parent products are not used as accidental price targets.
- Cancelling an import does not automatically roll back completed updates.
- Rollback checks current values and restores only eligible successful items.
Limitations
- CSV is the only supported input format; XLSX and XML are not supported.
- Scheduled sync, supplier APIs, automatic remote feed fetching, and background workers are not included.
- This WordPress.org Free build is fully functional without licensing, payment, remote activation, or a quota.
- Large imports use server-side streaming and controlled batches; browser/runtime limits still apply naturally.
Privacy and external services
Supplier CSV files are processed on the WordPress site. Import history may store operational data such as the filename, user, status, SKU, product identifier, old value, new value, result, and rollback status in the site database. The plugin does not send supplier CSV or product data to the developer’s server.
The WordPress.org Free build has no bundled licensing SDK, paid activation, telemetry, or remote service dependency. Supplier CSV files and product data remain on the WordPress site.
Security
Security reports can be sent to sellcukyilldirim@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, license keys, API keys, customer data, full production databases, or unsanitized supplier data in a report.

-
The row is reported as unmatched and is not used to create a product.
-
What happens when a product changes after preview?
-
The row is reported as a conflict and is not silently overwritten.
-
Does uninstall delete import history?
-
No. Uninstall is intentionally non-destructive and retains import history and user data.
