HelpFrame Knowledge Base

Description

HelpFrame Knowledge Base turns existing WordPress content into one organized documentation hub.

  • Add published pages, posts, or post categories from the content library.
  • Arrange items with drag and drop or accessible Move up, Move down, and Add buttons.
  • Create custom section labels and build a hierarchy up to three levels deep.
  • Preview navigation, article content, and the table of contents while editing.
  • Choose Classic, Clean, Editorial, or Minimal styling without changing the layout or dimensions.
  • Include Heading 2 and Heading 3 in the right-side table of contents by default.
  • Optionally include Heading 4 and FAQ questions created with Details blocks.
  • Use responsive navigation controls on tablets and phones.

Adding a category creates a dynamic group. Published posts in that category are displayed automatically in alphabetical order, so the navigation stays current as content changes.
If a category post is also placed manually in the structure, the manual placement takes priority and the post is not repeated inside the category.

FAQ

What content can I add?

Published pages, published posts, post categories, and custom section labels.

What happens when I add a category?

The category appears as a navigation group and its published posts are loaded dynamically in alphabetical order.

Which elements appear under On this page?

Heading 2 and Heading 3 are enabled by default. You can also enable Heading 4 and FAQ questions created with WordPress Details blocks.

Do the four styles change the documentation structure?

No. Classic, Clean, Editorial, and Minimal use the same layout and dimensions. Only colors, borders, shadows, and visual accents change.
