Description

Invoice Maven for WooCommerce issues the legal document for every paid order in your Invoice Maven account, and emails it to the customer.

• A tax invoice-receipt (חשבונית מס קבלה) for every paid order – or a receipt (קבלה) for an exempt dealer.
• A credit invoice (חשבונית זיכוי) for every refund, full or partial.
• Works with any payment gateway: the document is issued when the order is paid.
• Bank transfer, cheque and cash on delivery wait until you mark the order completed.
• The Tax Authority allocation number (מספר הקצאה) is requested automatically for business invoices above the threshold.
• English documents for customers outside Israel, in ILS, USD, EUR or GBP.
• Never issues the same order twice, and retries on its own when the connection fails.
• Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.

External services

This plugin connects to the Invoice Maven API (https://app.invoice-maven.co.il) to issue documents. It sends data only when an order is paid or refunded, when you issue a document by hand, and when you save the settings (a test call that saves nothing).

It sends: your API key, the store administrator’s email, the order’s billing name, company, email, phone and address, the order lines, totals, currency and payment method, and the refund amount and reason.
