ScanMintQR Commerce connects your WooCommerce store with the ScanMintQR platform.
The plugin allows WooCommerce store owners to:
- Generate QR codes for WooCommerce products.
- Generate Code 128 product barcode labels.
- Generate or manage product SKUs.
- Work with product variations.
- Connect WooCommerce products to a ScanMintQR account.
Some functionality communicates with the external ScanMintQR service at scanmintqr.com.
A ScanMintQR account may be required for functionality that uses the ScanMintQR service.
External Services
ScanMintQR Commerce connects to the ScanMintQR service at https://scanmintqr.com in order to generate and manage QR codes, product barcodes and related commerce assets.
When a store administrator uses a ScanMintQR generation feature, the plugin may send the following WooCommerce product information to ScanMintQR:
- WooCommerce product or variation ID
- Product or variation name
- Product SKU
- Product URL
- Resource type (product or variant)
The plugin also sends the store’s ScanMintQR Commerce API key in the request header to authenticate the request.
This data is sent only when a ScanMintQR feature requiring the external service is used.

Installation
- Upload the ScanMintQR Commerce plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen.
- Activate the plugin.
- Open the ScanMintQR settings page in the WordPress admin area.
- Connect your ScanMintQR account.
- Open a WooCommerce product to access the ScanMintQR tools.
