Description
Every request sent through a form on your site lands in anyCRM the moment it is sent: as a new order when you take orders in anyCRM (a cafe, a shop), or as a client with the request in their notes (services). You get notified by email, push or Telegram, as set in anyCRM.
Works with the form plugin you already have:
- Contact Form 7
- WPForms (Lite and Pro)
- Elementor Pro Forms
- Gravity Forms
- Fluent Forms
- Ninja Forms
- Formidable Forms
No form plugin? Use the built-in [anycrm_form] shortcode.
Nothing to map by hand: name, phone, email and message are recognised by field type and label (English, Ukrainian and Russian), every other field goes into the notes. Requests are sent after the visitor already has their answer, so forms stay fast, and anything anyCRM could not take right away is sent again automatically.
Shortcode
[anycrm_form title="Book a table" fields="name,phone,message" button="Send" success="Thank you! We will call you back."]
fields takes any of `name`, `phone`, `email`, `message`.
For developers
The anycrm_forms_lead filter gets every request before it is sent; return null to skip it.
External service
This plugin sends form requests to anyCRM (https://app.anycrm.io), the CRM you connect it to: the form’s title, the page it was sent from and the fields the visitor filled in. Nothing is sent before you connect the site. Terms, Privacy policy.
