Devexis Floating Video Widget adds a floating video preview and a centered vertical Reels-style viewer to your WordPress website.

Supports:

* Muted floating autoplay for MP4

Installation

  1. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  2. Upload the plugin ZIP file.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. Go to Settings > Floating Video.
  5. Add an MP4/WebM or YouTube URL.
  6. Optionally add additional video URLs, one per line.

FAQ

Which video formats are supported?

Direct MP4 and WebM URLs are supported, along with YouTube watch, Shorts, youtu.be, and embed URLs.

Will the floating preview always autoplay?

The plugin requests muted autoplay for previews. Browser autoplay policies can still prevent playback in some environments.

Does the centered viewer play sound?

The centered viewer requests audible playback after the user opens it. Browser policies and user/device settings may still affect playback.
