Description

RAU Allegro Order Sync for WooCommerce is a free Allegro WooCommerce integration for sellers who want to run their Allegro sales from the same place as their own store.

Allegro is Poland’s largest online marketplace. According to Allegro’s 2025 results it had 15.3 million active buyers in Poland and more than 21 million across the group, with almost PLN 70 billion in gross merchandise value. If you sell there and also run a WooCommerce shop, you have probably felt the cost of keeping two systems in step: copying orders by hand, typing tracking numbers twice, and correcting stock after an item sells out on one channel but not the other.

This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to your Allegro seller account through the official Allegro REST API. Allegro orders arrive in WooCommerce as normal orders, you ship them the way you already ship everything else, and the plugin sends the tracking number and the “sent” status back to Allegro. Stock levels flow the other way, from WooCommerce to your Allegro offers, so one stock figure drives both channels.

It is deliberately focused: orders, fulfilment and stock, without a middleware subscription, a monthly order cap or a separate dashboard to log into.

Import Allegro orders into WooCommerce

• Automatic order import every 15 minutes – each Allegro checkout form becomes a native WooCommerce order with line items, delivery cost, buyer details, and delivery and invoice addresses.
• Choose which orders come in – import orders that are ready for processing (the default) and choose the WooCommerce status they start in.
• No duplicate orders – imports are keyed on the Allegro checkout-form ID, so a repeat sync updates an existing order instead of creating a new one.
• Status changes keep flowing – the Allegro order status and fulfilment status are stored on the order and updated as they change.
• Invoice requests are flagged – when a buyer asks for a VAT invoice, the order gets a note so the request is not missed. Missed invoice requests are a common cause of Allegro complaints.
• Products matched by SKU – line items are matched through the offer’s seller signature (external ID), which should equal your WooCommerce SKU. Unmatched items are still imported, as placeholder lines with a warning note.

Ship from WooCommerce, update Allegro automatically

• Mark orders as sent on Allegro when the WooCommerce order reaches the status you choose (Completed by default). The tracking number is uploaded first, then the fulfilment status is set to SENT.
• Carrier mapping for Polish and European carriers – InPost, Allegro InPost, Poczta Polska, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, ORLEN Paczka, Allegro Kurier and Allegro pickup points, plus “Other” with a free-text carrier name.
• Works with shipment-tracking plugins – if a tracking number has already been added by a popular shipment-tracking plugin, it is picked up automatically, so there is nothing to type twice.
• Manual control when you need it – the Allegro box on the order screen shows the Allegro order ID, buyer login and fulfilment status, and has a Send tracking & mark sent button.
• Cancel on Allegro when you cancel the order in WooCommerce, before it has been sent.

Sync WooCommerce stock to Allegro offers

• Hourly stock push from WooCommerce to your Allegro offers, so an item that sells out in your store stops selling on Allegro too.
• Offer map – the plugin reads your Allegro offers and records every offer that has a seller signature. Rebuild it with one click after adding new offers.

Test safely and see what happened

• Sandbox mode – connect to the Allegro sandbox with a test seller account and run the whole flow before touching real orders.
• Sync log with levels (success, info, warning, error), links to the related order and raw API detail for troubleshooting.
• Status screen showing the environment, connection, token expiry, mapped offers, last and next sync, and errors in the last 24 hours.
• Dashboard widget so problems are visible without opening the settings.

Built properly

• HPOS-native – uses the WooCommerce CRUD API throughout and is compatible with High-Performance Order Storage.
• OAuth 2.0 authorisation-code flow with refresh tokens, refreshed on a schedule and retried automatically after a 401 response.
• Allegro’s versioned media type (application/vnd.allegro.public.v1+json) on every request, as the API requires.
• Readable errors – Allegro’s errors[].userMessage responses are shown as plain messages instead of raw JSON.
• Rate-limit aware – honours Retry-After, and uses Action Scheduler when available with WP-Cron as a fallback.

A note on scope

This plugin is orders-first by design: it syncs orders, fulfilment and stock, and leaves listing and offer creation to Allegro. Everything described above is included and fully functional, with no keys, quotas or time limits of any kind.

External services

This plugin connects to the Allegro REST API to synchronise orders, shipments and stock between your WooCommerce store and your Allegro seller account. The connection is required for the plugin to do anything, and it is only made after you register your own Allegro application and authorise the plugin against your account.

It contacts these endpoints:

• allegro.pl/auth/oauth – to exchange your authorisation code for an access token and to refresh that token before it expires.
• api.allegro.pl – to read your orders and offers, to report shipments and fulfilment status, to cancel orders, and to update offer stock.
• allegro.pl.allegrosandbox.pl and api.allegro.pl.allegrosandbox.pl – the same calls against Allegro’s sandbox, used only if you switch the plugin to sandbox mode.

What is sent: your client ID and signed request parameters, the Allegro order and offer identifiers being acted on, and – when you ship an order – the carrier, waybill (tracking) number and line items you entered in WooCommerce. Stock updates send the offer ID and the quantity. No buyer names, addresses or contact details are sent to Allegro; buyer data flows from Allegro into your store, not back out.

When: on the scheduled order sync, on the scheduled stock push, when an access token is refreshed, and when you ship, cancel or re-sync an order in wp-admin.
