Publicity Expert AI Salesman adds a conversational shopping assistant to WooCommerce stores. Customers can describe what they need, mention a budget or occasion, and receive matching products from the store catalog.
The plugin works with local WooCommerce product discovery and can optionally use the WordPress AI Client for AI-generated recommendations. AI is disabled by default and requires an AI provider to be configured through the site’s WordPress AI Client setup.

External Services
When AI features are enabled, this plugin uses the WordPress AI Client available in WordPress 7.0 and later. The WordPress AI Client communicates with the AI provider configured by the site administrator.
The plugin does not directly connect to or choose a specific AI provider. The site administrator is responsible for configuring an AI provider supported by their WordPress AI Client setup.
When an AI response is requested, the plugin may send:
* The customer’s conversation messages submitted to the AI Salesman.
* Relevant product names, prices, stock information, and product IDs from the candidate catalog.
* Instructions needed to generate the requested AI Salesman response.
This information is sent only when the optional AI feature is enabled and an AI provider is available through the WordPress AI Client.
Privacy
Local WooCommerce product discovery can operate without an external AI service. If the optional AI feature is enabled, relevant conversation and candidate product information may be processed by the AI provider configured by the site administrator.
The plugin does not intentionally send AI provider credentials to the browser. Site administrators should review the privacy terms of their configured AI provider and update their site’s privacy policy and notices as required by their jurisdiction and business model.
Installation
- Install and activate WooCommerce.
- Upload the plugin through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Activate Publicity Expert AI Salesman.
- Go to Settings > AI Salesman.
- Optional: enable AI and configure an AI provider through your WordPress AI Client setup.
- Visit the storefront and use the AI Salesman launcher, or place
[peais_salesman]in a page or template.
