Description
Varinkio helps print shops configure and sell print products without relying on a fixed WooCommerce product price.
The plugin includes two product configuration modes:
- Quantity Mode for products sold at predefined quantity price breaks.
- Attribute Matrix Mode for products priced from combinations of attributes and quantities.
Varinkio also includes product option groups, artwork upload, Product Builder mappings, server-side cart price validation, a customer account order portal, a custom order confirmation layout, and store-branded WooCommerce email styling.
There are no product-count quotas in this plugin. Quantity Mode and Attribute Matrix Mode can be used with unlimited mapped WooCommerce products.
Measurement Mode and advanced workflow features are not included in this plugin. They are available separately in Varinkio Pro.

Privacy and external services
Varinkio does not send store, customer, order, pricing, or artwork data to Varinkio servers or another remote API.
Uploaded artwork is stored on the site’s own WordPress uploads directory under uploads/varinkio/artwork.
The plugin contains links to the separate Varinkio Pro product in relevant WordPress admin screens. Those links are only opened when an administrator clicks them.
Store owners can optionally configure their own website, live-chat, logo, phone, email, and support links. Any third-party service used through a store-configured link is controlled by the store owner and is not contacted automatically by Varinkio.

Installation
- Install and activate WooCommerce.
- Upload the
varinkiofolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the plugin ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. - Activate Varinkio.
- Go to Varinkio > Product Types and create a Quantity or Attribute Matrix product type.
- Configure quantity prices or attribute matrix prices as required.
- Use Varinkio > Product Builder to map a WooCommerce product to the Varinkio product type.
- Configure optional product options, artwork settings, appearance, customer account, email, and support settings.
- Open the WooCommerce product on the front end and test its configuration, cart price, artwork upload, checkout, and order confirmation flow.

Does Varinkio require WooCommerce?

Yes. WooCommerce is a required dependency.

Can customers upload artwork?

Yes. Store owners can configure permitted artwork file extensions and the maximum upload size. Artwork is stored on the site’s own WordPress uploads directory.

Does Varinkio trust a price submitted by the browser?

No. Cart prices are recalculated and verified on the server from the stored Varinkio configuration before they are applied to WooCommerce cart items.

Does Varinkio send data to an external service?

No. The plugin does not automatically send customer, order, artwork, or configuration data to an external Varinkio service.

What happens if I later use Varinkio Pro?

Varinkio and Varinkio Pro are separate plugins and should not run at the same time. Shared Varinkio configuration is retained when changing editions, including data used by Pro-only functionality.
