Description
SISL Loyalty keeps the points balance as the sum of a visible, per-order ledger. Every point earned, spent, reversed or expired is a line the customer can see under My Account > Points, so the balance is always auditable and adds up to the last cent.
Built natively for High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the Blocks checkout – points apply as a discount right inside the block, and orders are stored the modern WooCommerce way.
Free features
- Earn points on every order – configurable rate, on the order status you choose, on the amount actually paid (coupons and refunds handled correctly).
- Redeem points for a cart discount – works in the classic cart and natively inside the Blocks checkout. Points are deducted when the order is placed and returned in full if it is cancelled.
- A transparent ledger – the balance is the sum of an append-only ledger. Every movement is a visible line in the customer’s “Points” tab. Nothing is hidden or rounded away.
- Automatic reversals – refund or cancel an order and the points are returned automatically, to the exact amount.
- Multi-currency ready – amounts format in the store’s active currency, with filters for multi-currency plugins.
- Translation ready – English source strings.
Pro
SISL Loyalty Pro adds VIP tiers with earn multipliers, a referral program, sign-up / review / birthday bonuses, and point expiry with reminder emails. One-time license, no subscription.

Installation
- Upload the plugin to
/wp-content/plugins/or install it from Plugins > Add New. - Activate it. WooCommerce must be active.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Loyalty to set your earn rate and redeem value.
- Customers see their balance and full history under My Account > Points.

How is the balance calculated?

Does it support multiple currencies?

Amounts format in the store’s active currency. There are filters (
sisl_loyalty_point_value,sisl_loyalty_eligible_amount) so multi-currency plugins can convert cleanly. -
