Some customers cost more than they bring: serial refunders, chargeback fraudsters, abuse of goodwill. Vollstart No Sell keeps a simple, private list of email addresses you no longer sell to — and enforces it automatically at the WooCommerce checkout.

Installation
- Upload the plugin to
wp-content/plugins/and activate it - The menu “No-Sell List” appears in wp-admin (users with the
vollstart_no_sell_managecapability — administrators and shop managers get it on activation) - Open any user profile or order and use the “Do not sell to this customer” button
- Adjust the checkout message under “No-Sell List Texts” if you want your own wording

Does the customer see why they are blocked?

Only what you put into the editable checkout message. The internal reason is never shown automatically.

What about guest checkouts?

Can other roles use it?

Yes. The capability
vollstart_no_sell_managecan be granted to any role or single user with a capability manager.
