Description
DCI Addons for Elementor is an independent add-on that extends Elementor with three custom widgets built by Dreamcode Infotech. This plugin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Elementor Ltd.
Included Widgets
- Vertical Marquee — a scroll-reactive marquee cards section. Cards animate in a continuous loop, vertically or horizontally, and react to the visitor’s scroll direction in real time, creating an engaging portfolio or gallery section.
- Interactive List — a reusable interactive list/card-row widget for services, features, capabilities, process steps, product highlights, and similar content, with desktop hover reveal and mobile tap-to-expand.
- Image/Text Marquee — a continuously scrolling logo/text ticker, ideal for client logos, keyword tickers, or brand strips, with configurable separators and edge fade masks.

- Vertical Marquee: dual direction (vertical/horizontal), scroll-reactive animation, multi-column layout, per-card controls (image, tag, title, description, link), alternate direction per column/row, pause on hover, edge fade masks, and full styling from the Elementor Style tab.
- Interactive List: unlimited repeater items, per-item icon/image, kicker, title, description, tags, item link, per-item accent color, automatic numbering, and extensive style controls (backgrounds, borders, shadows, typography, spacing).
- Image/Text Marquee: image, text, or image+text items, adjustable scroll speed and direction, pause on hover, edge fade, and configurable separators (dot, character, or image).
- Responsive — works across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
- Accessible — animations respect the visitor’s
prefers-reduced-motionbrowser setting.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.0 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- Elementor 3.0 or higher (free version is sufficient)
Getting Started
- Install and activate Elementor (free).
- Install and activate DCI Addons for Elementor.
- Edit any page with Elementor and look for the DCI Addons for Elementor category in the widget panel.
- Drag the Vertical Marquee, Interactive List, or Image/Text Marquee widget onto your canvas, add your content via the Content tab, and style it from the Style tab.

Installation
From the WordPress Plugin Directory (recommended)
- Go to Plugins Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
- Search for DCI Addons for Elementor.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
Manual installation
- Download the plugin ZIP file.
- Go to Plugins Add New Upload Plugin.
- Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now, then Activate.
Via FTP
- Unzip the plugin and upload the
dci-addons-for-elementorfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin via Plugins Installed Plugins.

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. The plugin works with the free version of Elementor.

How many items can I add?

There is no hard limit on any of the three widgets. Add as many cards, list items, or marquee items as you need via each widget’s repeater in the Content tab.

Can I use the Vertical Marquee as a portfolio or gallery section?

Yes. Add images, titles, descriptions, category tags, and an optional link per card to build a scroll-reactive portfolio or image gallery.

Which WordPress and Elementor versions is this tested with?

The plugin has been tested up to WordPress 7.1 and Elementor 4.0.

Is the animation accessible?

The widgets respect the visitor’s
prefers-reduced-motionbrowser setting by halting the CSS-driven animation when motion reduction is preferred.
