Install the plugin, enter your email and tick the consent box: your store is registered in the fiskaly test environment in about a minute and starts signing your orders straight away — with the tax QR code on the customer’s email and on the PDF invoice. No card, no account to create by hand, and no time limit.
Test-mode invoices are exactly that: they have no fiscal validity and are not filed with the Spanish tax agency (AEAT). They are there so you can see the whole circuit working on your own store — your products, your taxes, your order statuses — before deciding. When you subscribe, the very same license switches to the live environment: nothing to reinstall and nothing to configure again.
What the paid plan does. From the moment you subscribe, every order that reaches the status you choose (Completed or Processing) is invoiced, signed and filed with the AEAT in real time under Royal Decree 1007/2023 (Verifactu), through fiskaly SIGN ES, an AEAT-registered provider. The customer gets the tax QR code, and you get the CSV receipt from the tax agency in wp-admin. Public pricing: EUR 19.90/month or EUR 199/year (VAT excl.) per store. Early adopter offer until 31 December 2026: EUR 14.90/month the first year (EUR 178.80 + VAT, annual payment). The offer, its price and its deadline are always served by our licensing server and shown inside wp-admin — they are never hardcoded in this plugin.

Al contratar, esa misma licencia pasa al entorno real: no hay que reinstalar ni volver a configurar nada.
Qué hace la versión de pago. Desde que contratas, cada pedido que llegue al estado que elijas (Completado o Procesando) se factura, se firma y se remite a la AEAT en tiempo real según el RD 1007/2023 (Verifactu), a través de fiskaly SIGN ES, proveedor inscrito en la AEAT. Tu cliente recibe el QR tributario y tú ves el CSV de la Agencia Tributaria en wp-admin. Precio público: 19,90 €/mes o 199 €/año (+ IVA) por tienda. Oferta early adopter hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026: 14,90 €/mes el primer año (178,80 € + IVA, pago anual). What the plugin does on your store
- Never touches your checkout. Signing is asynchronous, in a queue with retries: if fiskaly or the tax agency are slow, your customers keep buying as if nothing happened. This is true in every state — test mode, paid, unpaid, or email not yet confirmed.
- Invoice numbering of its own, per series and atomic (WooCommerce does not number invoices). Refunds become correcting invoices in the
<series>Rseries. - Simplified or complete invoices, decided by the order: complete when the customer’s tax ID is there, simplified otherwise.
- Tax QR code in the customer’s email and in the PDF if you use “PDF Invoices & Packing Slips”.
- Traffic light in the orders list (legacy and HPOS) and a side box in each order: filed, accepted with warnings, waiting, or failed — with a “Retry now” button.
- Fiscal details filled in for you from your WooCommerce store settings; you only review and confirm. Nothing that cannot be deduced with certainty is invented: a tax ID is only pre-filled when its check letter is correct.
- Bilingual admin (Spanish/English) following the language of the logged-in administrator.
External services (disclosure)
This plugin connects to two external services. Every call below happens only after an explicit action by the store owner in wp-admin, or as part of signing an invoice the store owner asked for — never triggered by a store visitor, and never from the storefront.
- fiskaly SIGN ES (fiskaly GmbH), the signing and filing provider. On connecting, your company’s fiscal details (tax ID, legal name, registered address, postcode, town, province) are sent so your taxpayer record and point of sale can be created. Afterwards, each invoice (date, series and number, line items, taxes, totals and, when present, the customer’s tax details) is sent to be signed and filed. Test mode uses

- Optional telemetry (opt-in, unticked by default): only if you tick that checkbox, once a day the plugin sends your license id, the plugin, WordPress and WooCommerce versions and how many invoices were signed in the last 7 days. No customer data and no amounts. Leave the box unticked and this request is never made.

Installation
- Install and activate the plugin — you land on its setup screen automatically (WooCommerce VeriVenta).
- Free test mode: check your email address, review the fiscal details we filled in from your store settings, tick the consent checkbox and press “Activar modo pruebas gratis”. In under a minute your store is signing in the test environment. Open the confirmation email we send you and click its link within 48 hours.
- Move any order to “Completed”: the “Verifactu” column and the order’s side box show the signing status, and the tax QR code goes out in the customer’s email.
- Paid plan: subscribe from the button on the plugin’s screen (WooCommerce VeriVenta). Your license does not change — the same one switches over to the live environment, with no reinstall.
- Already have a license (bought, or requested on our website)? Use “¿Ya tienes tu licencia?” on the same screen and paste it.

Are the invoices signed in test mode valid before the tax agency?

No, and the plugin says so everywhere it can: in test mode invoices are signed against the fiskaly test environment, they are not filed with the AEAT and they have no fiscal validity. Test mode exists so you can see the plugin work on your real store before paying. To issue invoices that are valid, you need a paid plan (live environment).

Why is test mode unlimited, then?

Because a countdown would only add pressure without adding information. You can take all the time you need to check that VeriVenta fits your store; what you cannot do without subscribing is issue invoices that are valid before the tax agency.

What happens if I do not confirm my email?

You have 48 hours to click the link we send you. If nobody clicks it, the license is paused: the plugin stops signing and shows a plain “confirm your email” notice. The orders completed meanwhile are kept in the queue, each one for up to 30 days, and as soon as you confirm they are signed in the order they arrived, with consecutive numbers. Nothing is deleted, and your store keeps selling normally the whole time. The same applies if a paid subscription goes unpaid: orders are kept and signed once it is reactivated (if the plugin then asks you to reconnect the store, do so and they go out in order). An order kept for more than 30 days is not signed automatically: it is listed on the plugin’s screen, where you can sign it or discard it.

Does this plugin touch my checkout?

No. Nothing in this plugin runs on the storefront and nothing in it can stop a sale. Invoices are signed after the order changes status, asynchronously and with retries; if the signing service is unavailable, or if the license is unpaid or unconfirmed, the order simply waits in the queue (up to 30 days in the latter case) and is signed when signing resumes; your customers never notice.

Those territories have their own rules (TicketBAI, IGIC/IPSI) and are not covered by this version. If the fiscal details you enter belong to one of them, the sign-up stops with a plain message and points you to our support address instead of half-registering you.

Do I need my own fiskaly account or API keys?

No. We create the fiskaly organisation, the taxpayer record and the point of sale for you from the fiscal details you review on screen. If you already have your own fiskaly keys, there is an “advanced” section on the same screen to paste them.

What data leaves my store?

Your company’s fiscal details and each invoice (line items, taxes and totals) go to fiskaly, which signs them and files them with the tax agency — that is the whole point of the plugin. To our licensing server go only your email, your site address, your language, the platform and the plugin version. Telemetry is optional, unticked by default, and carries no customer data and no amounts. See “External services” above.

Can I uninstall it cleanly?

Yes. Uninstalling removes the plugin’s settings and its queue table. The record of what was already signed is kept on purpose: it is your fiscal archive.
