External services

This plugin relies on the external Restotailor service to provide the appointment booking widget.

What service is used and why?

The plugin loads an external script from the Restotailor widget service:

https://widget.restotailor.com/

This script is required to display the online appointment booking widget on your website and to connect it with your Restotailor account.

What data is sent and when?

When the widget script is loaded, the following information is sent to Restotailor:

• Your Restotailor company ID (configured in the plugin settings).
• Standard technical information sent by the visitor’s browser when loading external resources (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and the URL of the page where the widget is embedded).

When a visitor uses the widget to book, modify, or cancel an appointment, the following additional data may be sent to Restotailor (depending on how your Restotailor account is configured):

• Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number.
• Appointment details such as selected service(s), staff member, date and time.
• Optional notes or service-specific fields configured in your Restotailor account.

All processing of this data is performed by Restotailor and requires an active Restotailor subscription.
