SellQro is a free WordPress contact form plugin with a visual form builder and a built-in contact form database. Create contact and enquiry forms, save form entries in WordPress, and keep incoming enquiries organised in your dashboard.
Use it for contact pages, service enquiries, callback requests and quote enquiries. Create forms with a visual builder, choose who receives email notifications, and give visitors a clear confirmation after they submit.

Already using another form plugin?
Already using another form plugin? SellQro can also save selected contact details from new submissions to WPForms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms and Fluent Forms after you choose the fields to capture. These plugins are installed separately; Gravity Forms requires its own licence.
Privacy and your data
Entries are stored on your WordPress website. Saved information includes your selected contact details, the visitor’s IP address and the page URL where the enquiry was submitted, including permitted campaign parameters. Sensitive URL information is excluded.
Entries are kept for 90 days by default. You can choose 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, or keep them until you remove them. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools are supported.
Passwords, payment details, identity-document information, uploaded files and security answers are not stored as enquiry data. The plugin does not add usage telemetry or remote advertising trackers.
If you enable email notifications or the optional CRM connection, the relevant provider receives the information needed for that service, as described below. Include your chosen form, email and data-retention practices in your website’s privacy notice.
Optional services
WordPress CRM integration with SellQro (optional)
For WordPress CRM integration, you can optionally connect your website to a paid SellQro CRM account and send enquiries for follow-up. This is a connection to the separate SellQro service, not a full CRM inside your WordPress dashboard. It is not needed for the form builder or local contact form database.
After an administrator connects the website, SellQro receives the website address, installation, form and delivery identifiers, software versions, enquiry source and submission time, together with selected contact details, visitor IP address and page URL. The service is operated by Anirup Technologies.
Gmail (optional)
If you configure Gmail and enable notifications or request a test email, Google receives the email authentication details, sender and recipient addresses, and message content. Saved Gmail credentials are encrypted on your website and are not sent to SellQro.
Your email provider (optional)
You can use your website’s existing email setup or configure your own SMTP provider. The selected provider receives the authentication details where required, sender and recipient addresses, and email content. Its terms and privacy policy apply.
The plugin does not connect to SellQro, Gmail or a custom email provider simply because it is activated.

Installation
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for SellQro, then select Install Now and Activate.
- Open SellQro CRM > Forms and create your contact form.
- Choose your fields and the contact details to save. Enable email notifications if needed, then publish the form.
- Add the form to a page using the SellQro Lead Form block or its shortcode, then test the form.

Is the contact form plugin free?

Yes. Creating forms, storing supported contact details in WordPress, email notification settings and CSV export are included without a SellQro subscription.

Do I need a SellQro account?

No. You can create forms and save enquiries on your WordPress website without an account. Connecting to the separate SellQro CRM service is optional and requires a paid SellQro plan.

Which information can I save?

The current version saves the contact details you select: name, email, phone, company and message, together with enquiry source information. During setup, choose which form fields supply these contact details. Other field values are not saved or emailed.

Do I need another form plugin?

No. SellQro includes its own form builder. Connecting forms made with a supported third-party plugin is an optional extra.

Can I use it as a Gravity Forms or Fluent Forms alternative?

Yes, for everyday contact and enquiry forms using the supported contact fields. It is not a replacement for every advanced feature of those plugins. The current version does not offer file uploads or payment collection.

Does it include a contact form database?

Yes. Selected contact details from your form entries are stored on your WordPress website, where you can view, search and export them. A SellQro subscription is not required for this local storage.

Is CAPTCHA included?

Yes. You can add a Math CAPTCHA field to a SellQro form. It works alongside built-in spam checks and does not require an external CAPTCHA account.

Where can I view my enquiries?

Open SellQro CRM > Lead Entries in WordPress to view, search and export your saved contact enquiries.

Why have I not received a notification email?

First check that email notifications are enabled for the form and that the recipient address is correct. Then check your spam folder and test the email settings. Enquiries are saved in WordPress before email delivery is attempted.

Can I use Gmail or another email provider?

Yes. You can use your website’s existing email setup, configure Gmail with an App Password, or use your preferred provider’s SMTP settings.

Can visitors upload files or make payments?

No. The current version is designed for contact and enquiry forms, not file uploads or payment collection.

What happens to entries if I remove the plugin?

Entries are retained by default. You can choose permanent removal in the plugin settings before uninstalling.
