TrackLogy for WooCommerce connects your store to TrackLogy so every shipment is tracked automatically and delivery updates flow straight back into WooCommerce.
Add a tracking number to an order and TrackLogy takes care of the rest: it identifies the carrier, follows the shipment across its journey, and pushes status changes back to the order — as order notes, status transitions, and customer notifications.

A TrackLogy account is required. Tracking and notification features are provided by the TrackLogy service.

This plugin connects to the TrackLogy service to provide shipment tracking.
- Connection / approval:
https://my.tracklogy.com— used to authorize the connection between your store and your TrackLogy account. - Tracking API:
https://api.tracklogy.com— the plugin sends shipment details (tracking number, carrier, order id/number, and customer name, email, phone and address for delivery notifications) to create and track shipments. TrackLogy sends tracking status updates back to your store.

Installation
- Upload the
tracklogy-for-woocommercefolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
- Go to TrackLogy in the admin menu and click Connect Store.
- Approve the connection in your TrackLogy account. Once connected you can start adding tracking numbers to orders.

How do I disconnect my store?

Remove the store from your TrackLogy account area. TrackLogy will notify the plugin and the stored credentials are cleared automatically.
