Description
Certyneo eSignature connects your WordPress forms to Certyneo, a European electronic signature platform.
When a visitor submits a connected Gravity Forms or WPForms form, the plugin creates an envelope from a Certyneo template, fills it with the submitted answers, and sends it out for signature — no manual copy-pasting.
Features
- Works with Gravity Forms and WPForms out of the box.
- Connects with a single API key from your Certyneo dashboard.
- Maps any form field to a Certyneo template variable, and to the signer’s name/email.
- Submission log in wp-admin so you can see what was sent and troubleshoot failures.
- No data is stored outside your WordPress database and Certyneo’s platform — the plugin only talks to the Certyneo API.
Requirements
- A Certyneo account with an API key (Settings API Keys at certyneo.com).
- Gravity Forms or WPForms installed and active (either one; both are optional dependencies, not bundled).
External service
This plugin is a connector: submitting a connected form sends that submission’s field values, plus the signer’s name and email, to the Certyneo API (certyneo.com) over HTTPS, in order to create and send the signature envelope. No data is sent anywhere else, and nothing is sent until you both install a Certyneo API key and connect a specific form. See Certyneo’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for how that data is handled on their side.

FAQ
-
Does this plugin store my form data?
-
No. Submitted values are sent directly to the Certyneo API over HTTPS to build the envelope; the plugin only keeps a short log of send status (success/error) for troubleshooting, capped at 50 entries.
-
Does this work without Gravity Forms or WPForms?
-
No, one of these two form plugins must be installed and active for the corresponding add-on to load.
