AMAKIT – Affiliate Auditor for Amazon scans selected public post types and provides a clear WordPress admin report.

Features include:

Counts all links and Amazon links in each scanned post.
Detects Amazon Associate tags from the tag URL parameter.
Highlights posts containing multiple Associate tags.
Identifies the most frequently used Associate tag.
Extracts ASINs from common Amazon product URL formats.
Finds the same Amazon product used in multiple posts.
Shows duplicate products in an ASIN-first table without exposing long URLs.
Includes pagination for post and duplicate-product reports.
Supports posts, pages, and other public post types.
Scans published, draft, private, and scheduled content selected by an administrator.

The plugin performs its scan locally on your WordPress site. It does not send content or usage data to an external service.

Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install the ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
Activate AMAKIT – Affiliate Auditor for Amazon.
Click Affiliate Auditor in the WordPress admin sidebar, or click Settings on the Plugins page.
Open Scan Settings, select the public post types to include, and run the audit.

Does the plugin change my affiliate links?: No. Version 1.1.0 only reads and reports link information. It does not modify post content or replace Associate tags.
Does the plugin contact Amazon or another external service?: No. The current version scans stored WordPress post content locally and does not make external API requests.
Which content statuses are scanned?: For selected post types, the scan includes published, draft, private, and scheduled posts.
Why are some shortened Amazon URLs missing an ASIN?: Shortened amzn.to URLs do not contain the final ASIN in their visible path. This version does not follow redirects, so those links can be counted as Amazon links but may not be grouped by ASIN.
