Desperado House Product Sync for PIK

Description

Desperado House Product Sync for PIK is an independent integration for WooCommerce shop owners who already sell on the olx.ba (PIK) marketplace. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official plugin of PIK d.o.o. / olx.ba. “OLX”, “PIK” and “olx.ba” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the integration.

The plugin does exactly two things:

1. Manual linking — on each WooCommerce product edit screen you enter the numeric ID of your existing olx.ba listing and link it to the product. You can also break the local link at any time (this never touches the listing on olx.ba).
2. Manual sync — with one click (“Ažuriraj na OLX”) the plugin compares the WooCommerce product with the linked listing and updates on olx.ba only what changed: title, description, price and product images.

Notes:

• The listing category, condition/state and olx.ba attributes are never modified by the sync — they stay exactly as you set them on olx.ba.
• For variable WooCommerce products, the listing price is taken from the first variation and all variations with prices are listed in the listing description under “DODATNE OPCIJE I CIJENE”.
• The plugin stores an olx.ba API token that you obtain with your own olx.ba account (Settings page), and a product-list status column shows which products are linked.

This free plugin is fully functional on its own — manual linking by OLX ID and manual synchronization work completely, with no license key, registration, time limit or feature limits. Nothing in this plugin is locked.

If you want to go further, a separate Premium version is offered by the author (Desperado House) on its own website at https://desperadohouse.com. The Premium version is a separate plugin, hosted and sold outside of WordPress.org, and it adds extra automation features on top of what this free version already does:

• Automatic adding — create new listings on PIK (on olx.ba) directly from your WooCommerce products
• Automatic synchronization — title, description, price and images are updated on olx.ba automatically when a product is saved in WooCommerce
• Stock synchronization — listing availability on PIK (on olx.ba) follows your WooCommerce stock status automatically
• Mass adding — create listings for many WooCommerce products in one batch
• Mass synchronization — synchronize many linked products at once
• Deleting — remove listings on PIK (on olx.ba) directly from your shop

WordPress.org hosts only this free version. The Premium version is not bundled with it and this free plugin never locks, disables or limits any of its own features behind the upgrade.

External services

This plugin connects to the public olx.ba (PIK) API, hosted at https://api.olx.ba, operated by PIK d.o.o. (olx.ba). This connection is required because the plugin’s entire purpose is to update your existing listings on that marketplace; this cannot be done locally without their API.

What the plugin sends and when:

• API authentication — Your olx.ba API token is sent as an Authorization header with every API request. You obtain the token either manually (copy it from your olx.ba account) or by entering your olx.ba username and password on the plugin Settings page and clicking “Prijavi se i dobij token”. In that case your username and password are sent once to the olx.ba API login endpoint (https://api.olx.ba/auth/login) and the returned token is stored in your WordPress database. Your credentials are never sent anywhere else.
• Product data — When you click “Ažuriraj na OLX” on a product (or call the dhpsync_sync_product() helper), the plugin sends: the product title (max 65 characters), the product description converted to olx.ba text format, the product price, and — if images changed — the product image files, to the olx.ba API for the specific listing ID you linked. The plugin also reads the current listing data (title, price, category, state) from the API to detect changes before updating.
• Connection test — The Settings page “Testiraj konekciju” button performs an unauthenticated GET request to the categories endpoint of the olx.ba API.

No customer data, order data or other personal data from your WooCommerce store is sent to olx.ba. Only the data described above, always triggered by an explicit manual action by a logged-in administrator/shop manager.
