This plugin connects to the EsyMsg API (app.esymsg.com) to send WhatsApp messages and OTPs.
It sends the user’s provided phone number, message templates, and order details (for WooCommerce) to the API when a notification or OTP is triggered.
This service is provided by “EsyMsg”: terms of service, privacy policy.
Installation
- Upload the
esymsg-integrationfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Navigate to ESYMSG Settings in the WordPress admin sidebar.
- Enter your ESYMSG API Key in the API Credentials tab.
- Configure your specific integrations (WooCommerce, Forms, etc.) in the Integrations tab.

Yes. You will need an active ESYMSG account and an API Key to send WhatsApp messages and OTPs.

Does it support custom forms?

Yes! If your form builder is not natively supported, you can use the “Custom Forms” integration by simply providing the CSS selectors for your form and phone input fields.
