Get the SMSTunnel app on Google Play
SMSTunnel for WPForms allows you to send SMS notifications when WPForms are submitted. This plugin adds SMS settings to the WPForms form builder.
The texts are sent from your own Android phone and number. You link the phone to your site by QR code in the main SMSTunnel plugin, and you can remove that connection anytime from the SMSTunnel app.
End-to-end encryption. Turn it on in the SMSTunnel plugin and these texts are encrypted for your phone before they leave WordPress, so only your phone can read the words. After your phone sends it, a text travels over the mobile network like any other SMS.

External Services
This plugin relies on the SMSTunnel service to deliver SMS notifications. When a notification is triggered, the recipient phone number and the message content are transmitted to the SMSTunnel API, which forwards them to your own paired Android device for delivery.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/smstunnel-for-wpformsdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Make sure WPForms and SMSTunnel plugins are installed and activated.
- Install the SMSTunnel app on your Android phone from Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.smstunnel.app) and link it in SMSTunnel > Quick Setup.
- Go to any form’s settings and click on the SMS section to configure notifications.
