Installation
- Upload the
alfeizar-invoicesfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin directly from the WordPress plugin screen. - Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress.
- Make sure LearnPress is installed and active — this plugin requires it.
- Go to Invoices > Company Details in your dashboard and fill in your company name, tax ID, address, tax settings and currency format.
- That’s it — invoices will now be generated and emailed automatically whenever a LearnPress order is completed.

Do I need to configure anything?

Yes, just once: go to Invoices > Company Details and fill in your company name, tax ID, address, the name and percentage of the tax you charge, and your preferred currency format. Everything else happens automatically from then on.

Do I need WooCommerce?

No. This plugin works entirely on top of LearnPress’s own order system — no e-commerce plugin required.

Does it work with free courses too?

Yes. Invoices are generated and sent for free course enrollments the same way as for paid ones.

I’m not receiving the invoice emails, what should I do?

This plugin sends emails using WordPress’s built-in
wp_mail()function. Many hosting providers block or throttle outgoing mail by default. If invoices aren’t arriving, we recommend installing a dedicated SMTP plugin (such as Post SMTP, WP Mail SMTP, or similar) and configuring it with a real mail provider — this resolves delivery issues in the vast majority of cases. -
What’s the difference between the free and Pro version?

The free version generates and sends unlimited PDF invoices automatically, forever, at no cost. The Pro upgrade adds a searchable, filterable invoice list inside your WordPress dashboard, plus CSV export — handy for your accountant or for tax filing purposes.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes, the plugin automatically uses the logo set under Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.
