This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to ChatX Cloud so your AI chat assistant can answer product questions using up-to-date catalog data.

Requirements:
- PHP 7.4+

- A ChatX Cloud account and API key
Privacy Policy
This plugin connects to ChatX Cloud, an external service operated by SoftXAsia.
Data sent to ChatX Cloud:
- Product catalog data when you index or reindex products (name, SKU, price, stock, categories, description, URLs)
- Your site domain and site name when registering the chat widget
Data loaded from ChatX Cloud:
- A chat JavaScript file is loaded on the frontend when the chat widget option is enabled

Installation
- Upload the
softxasia-catalog-chat-integrationfolder to/wp-content/plugins/or install via the Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu.
- Go to Catalog Chat in the admin sidebar.
- Enter your API key from your ChatX Cloud dashboard (app.chatx.cloud).
- Enable the options you need and save changes.
