Privacy

LeaseFox does not collect, transmit, or store any data outside your own WordPress site. There is no diagnostics reporting, no update-notification check-in, and no other connection to any external server.

Credits

LeaseFox bundles Chart.js (MIT license) for the dashboard’s reporting charts, and FPDF (MIT-style license) for PDF generation (invoices, tenant applications, and reports).

This plugin connects to the following third-party/external service:

Google Maps (optional, admin-configured)

If you enter a Google Maps API key under LeaseFox → Settings and enable it for a property, the public property detail page embeds a Google Maps iframe for that property’s address so visitors can see its location on a map. This only runs on properties where you’ve supplied an address and enabled the map; the property’s address is sent to Google to render the embed.
