This plugin connects to the PayXra API (via https://api.payxra.africa or sandbox URL) to process checkout payments, fetch real-time exchange rates, and retrieve enqueued settlement currencies.
- PayXra API: Used to securely process transactions.
- Data Sent: Sends the order reference ID, currency, amount, fee bearer preference, and customer contact details (masked email, first name, last name, phone) during checkout initiation.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/payxra-payments-gatewaysdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Use the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments screen to configure the gateway settings.
- Input your Merchant ID, Merchant API Key, and Webhook Secret from your PayXra Merchant Dashboard.
