Installation
Automatic installation
- Go to your WordPress dashboard
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New
- Search for “VendedorAI”
- Click “Install Now” and then “Activate”
- Go to VendedorAI > Settings and enter your Company ID
Manual installation
- Download the plugin zip file
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
- Upload the zip file and activate
- Go to VendedorAI > Settings and enter your Company ID
Getting your Company ID
- Create a free account at app.vendedorai.com
- Go to My Snippet in the sidebar
- Copy your Company ID (UUID format)
- Paste it in the plugin settings

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, a free account at app.vendedorai.com is required. The free plan includes 100 messages per month with no credit card required.

Does the widget slow down my website?

No. The widget script loads asynchronously (defer) and adds less than 200ms to page load, which is imperceptible to users.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. You can configure the widget to appear only on product pages or shop pages.

How does the agent learn about my business?

Upload your PDF catalogs, price lists, or manuals in the VendedorAI dashboard. You can also index your website URL and the agent will learn from your existing content.

What happens when messages run out?

The widget shows a friendly message to visitors. Your message count resets automatically every month.

Is it GDPR compliant?
