Do I need an OpenRouteService API key?

It is highly recommended for accurate driving distances. However, if you do not provide an API key, the plugin will gracefully fall back to calculating the straight-line (Haversine) distance between the two points, multiplied by a standard curvature coefficient.

How do I customize the emails?

Go to Quote Estimator Settings -> Email Configuration. You can enable/disable admin alerts and customer confirmation emails. You can use dynamic tags like
{name},{price}, and{inventory}to personalize the messages. -
Where do I find the submitted quotes?

All submitted quotes are securely saved in the “Lead Vault” found under the Quote Estimator Settings menu.
