Description
JalpiForm lets you embed secure, OTP-verified contact forms, lead capture forms, and surveys on your WordPress site — with spam protection, end-to-end encryption, and a simple shortcode workflow. Build your forms at form.jalpi.com using the visual builder, paste the embed code into the plugin, and use a shortcode anywhere on your site. All forms are managed from a single admin panel.
Why use this plugin instead of pasting embed code manually?
If you paste an embed script directly into a Custom HTML block, you lose track of it — it’s buried inside page content, hard to find, and painful to update. JalpiForm solves this by giving you:
- One admin panel for all your forms — Add, edit, or remove forms from a single screen. No digging through pages to find where you pasted a script.
- Shortcodes that work everywhere — Use
[jalpi_form id="1"]in any page, post, widget, or block. Reuse the same form across multiple pages without duplicating code. - Update once, reflect everywhere — Change the embed script in the plugin settings and every page using that shortcode is updated instantly.
- Built-in security validation — The plugin only accepts embed scripts from the jalpi.com domain. It blocks inline scripts, event handler attributes, and javascript: URLs to protect your site from malicious code.

Third-Party Service Usage
This plugin relies on form.jalpi.com, an external service operated by Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., to create and host your forms. When you embed a form using this plugin, your site loads a script from the form.jalpi.com servers to display the form on the front end.
No data is sent from your WordPress site to form.jalpi.com by the plugin itself. However, when a visitor views or submits an embedded form, the visitor’s browser communicates directly with form.jalpi.com.

FAQ
-
Where do I create my form?
-
Visit form.jalpi.com, register for a free account, and use the visual builder to create your form. Once ready, copy the embed script.
-
What types of forms can I create?
-
You can create contact forms, lead capture forms with OTP verification, surveys, feedback forms, registration forms, and any custom form using the visual builder at form.jalpi.com.
-
What is OTP verification?
-
OTP (One-Time Password) verification is a built-in feature of form.jalpi.com that verifies a user’s email or phone number before the form is submitted. This ensures that every lead you receive is from a real, verified person — no fake submissions.
-
Is my form data secure?
-
The form data is handled entirely by form.jalpi.com, not by this plugin. form.jalpi.com uses end-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit, along with spam protection and brute-force attack prevention. This plugin does not store, process, or transmit any form submission data — it only manages the embed scripts and shortcodes on your WordPress site.
-
How do I manage submitted leads?
-
form.jalpi.com provides a lead management dashboard where you can view all submitted leads. Each lead shows a custom verification status indicating whether the submission was OTP-verified or not, so you can easily distinguish genuine leads from unverified ones.
-
Is form.jalpi.com free?
-
Yes, you can get started for free. Visit form.jalpi.com to create your account and start building forms at no cost.
-
Why should I use this plugin instead of pasting the embed code directly?
-
Pasting embed scripts into individual pages is hard to track and maintain. This plugin gives you a central admin panel to manage all your forms, generates reusable shortcodes, and validates every embed script for security. When you need to update a form, you change it once in the plugin — every page using that shortcode is updated automatically.
-
Can I add multiple forms?
-
Yes. You can add as many forms as you need. Each form gets a unique shortcode like
[jalpi_form id="1"],[jalpi_form id="2"], etc. -
Can I use the same form on multiple pages?
-
Yes. Simply paste the same shortcode on as many pages or posts as you like. If you later update the embed code in the plugin, all pages reflect the change automatically.
-
Where can I use the shortcode?
-
You can paste the shortcode into any page, post, text widget, or block editor shortcode block.
-
Is the plugin secure?
-
Yes. The plugin validates every embed script before saving it. Only scripts from the jalpi.com domain are accepted. Inline scripts, event handler attributes (like onclick or onload), and javascript: URLs are all blocked.
-
Does this plugin slow down my site?
-
No. The plugin is lightweight by design. It loads no extra CSS or JavaScript on the front end. The only resource loaded is the embed script itself, which comes from form.jalpi.com’s global edge network for fast loading.
-
Does this plugin send data to an external server?
-
The plugin itself does not send any data from your WordPress site. However, when a visitor views or submits a form on the front end, their browser communicates directly with form.jalpi.com. Please review the Jalpi Privacy Policy for details.
-
Who develops this plugin?
-
This plugin is developed and maintained by Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.. Jalpi is a product line owned by Konceptwise.
-
Does it work with Gutenberg, Elementor, and other page builders?
-
Yes. The plugin generates a standard WordPress shortcode (
[jalpi_form id="1"]) that works with the block editor (Gutenberg), Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and any page builder that supports shortcodes. In Gutenberg, use a Shortcode block. In Elementor, use a Shortcode widget. -
Does it support GDPR compliance?
-
The plugin itself does not collect, store, or process any visitor data — it only manages embed codes on your WordPress site. Form submissions are handled by form.jalpi.com, which uses end-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit. Please review the Jalpi Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and compliance.
-
Can I use it for payment forms or order forms?
-
You can embed any form type that you build on form.jalpi.com. Visit form.jalpi.com to explore the available form types and features.
-
What happens if I delete the plugin?
-
All saved form data is removed from your database when you delete the plugin through WordPress. Deactivating the plugin preserves your data.
