DomToRaj Integration connects your WordPress site with your estate agency account on DomToRaj.pl. Listings synchronize automatically and are presented with a modern, fast and mobile-first design — no page builder required.
Listings and search
- Automatic synchronization of all your offers (hourly WP-Cron + “Sync now” button).
- Listing page at
/nieruchomosci/with search, sorting, grid / list / map view and pagination. - Search form with Buy/Rent tabs, location autocomplete, price and area ranges, rooms, market type and offer number — with a live “Show 24 offers” counter.
- Offer cards with photo slider, badges (New, Exclusive, Primary market), price per m² and key facts.
- Favorites (“heart”) stored in the visitor’s browser, with a favorites page.
Offer page that converts
- Photo mosaic with full-screen gallery (keyboard and swipe).
- Key facts tiles, description with “read more”, details table and amenities.
- Sticky contact panel: agent, click-to-reveal phone, enquiry form and “Book a viewing” form.
- Mortgage calculator, YouTube video, 3D virtual tour, map and “What’s nearby” (schools, shops, transport…).
- Similar offers, share button, SEO: JSON-LD (RealEstateListing), Open Graph, page titles with price.
Leads
- Every enquiry is saved in WordPress (DomToRaj Enquiries) and e-mailed to your agency address.
- Seller lead form: 3-step “free valuation” wizard (
[domtoraj_wycena]). - Anti-spam: honeypot, minimal fill time and rate limiting; consent checkbox with a link to your privacy policy.
Works with your theme
Designed to look great with any theme (classic and block themes). Colors follow the accent color from the settings. Templates can be overridden in yourtheme/domtoraj/.

- An agency or developer account on domtoraj.pl.
- An active Business plan and valid agency ID and API key (agency settings on domtoraj.pl).

External services
This plugin relies on the following external services:
- DomToRaj API (https://domtoraj.pl/) — downloads your agency data and listings. Sent: agency ID (in the endpoint path) and API key (
X-Api-Keyheader), during manual and scheduled synchronization. Listing photos are loaded from DomToRaj servers/CDN. Terms, Privacy policy. - OpenStreetMap tile servers (https://tile.openstreetmap.org/) — map images on the listing map view and offer page. The visitor’s browser requests map tiles when a map is displayed. Tile usage policy, Privacy policy.
- Overpass API (https://overpass-api.de/, fallback https://overpass.kumi.systems/) — “What’s nearby” on the offer page. Your server sends the offer coordinates and caches the result for 30 days; only if that fails, the visitor’s browser requests it directly. Overpass API, Privacy policy.
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — only when an offer has a video and the visitor clicks “play”; the thumbnail is loaded from i.ytimg.com. Terms, Privacy policy.
Enquiry forms send data only to your own WordPress site (and your e-mail inbox).

Installation
- Install the plugin from the WordPress plugin directory or upload the
domtoraj-integrationfolder towp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin under Plugins.
- Go to DomToRaj Settings, enter your agency ID and API key, and save.
- Click Sync now (or wait for the scheduled sync).
- Your listings are available at
/nieruchomosci/. Add the search form to your home page with[domtoraj_wyszukiwarka wariant="hero"]and the latest offers with[domtoraj_lista_ofert limit="6"].

Where do I get the agency ID and API key?

Log in to domtoraj.pl, open your agency settings (integration / API) and copy the values into the plugin.

Why does sync return HTTP 403?

Usually: inactive Business plan, expired subscription, or wrong API key / agency ID. The API message is shown in the plugin admin.

Where do enquiries go?

They are saved under DomToRaj Enquiries and e-mailed to the agency e-mail from DomToRaj (or the address set in the plugin settings). Install an SMTP plugin if your host’s mail is unreliable.

Can I change the look?

Set the accent color in the settings. Templates can be copied to
yourtheme/domtoraj/(e.g.property-card.php,single-property-content.php) and customized. -
Does the plugin work with the free Start plan?

No. WordPress listing sync requires the Business plan on DomToRaj.
